Thank you for shopping at abcartsy.com (“ABCartsy,” “we,” “us,” “our”). All physical artwork is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing

All artwork is made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at:

We cannot guarantee changes once production starts.

2. Returns & Replacements

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, returns are handled as follows:

Eligible for Return, Replacement, or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery if your item:

•             Arrives damaged

•             Has a manufacturing defect

•             Is incorrect (wrong design, size, or finish sent)

Include:

•             Your order number

•             Clear photos of the item and packaging

•             A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because all items are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns for:

•             Change of mind

 

•             Ordering the wrong size, finish, or design

•             Personal preference

However, if you contact us within 14 days of delivery, we may offer:

•             A partial refund

•             A discount on a replacement order

•             Store credit

This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

4. Return Shipping

•             If the issue was our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

•             If a return is approved for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do not return any item without contacting us first.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

unless the issue was our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or finish, please contact us and we will guide you through available options.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

•             Import duties

•             Customs fees

•             VAT or local taxes

These fees are not controlled by ABCartsy and are non-refundable.

9. Stolen Property
