Step 1: Define the Project

We start with the essentials:

  • Property type (hotel, resort, extended stay)

  • Room count and common areas

  • Desired art format(s)

  • Timeline and budget range

  • Designer involvement (if applicable)

This allows us to scope the project accurately from day one.

Step 2: Curated Art Selection

ABCartsy curates artwork aligned to:

  • Brand identity

  • Guest experience goals

  • Spatial context (guest rooms, corridors, lobbies)

Designers receive print-ready files and size/finish options for review.

Step 3: Review & Revisions

Each project includes:

  • One round of revisions

  • Adjustments to scale, placement, or finishes

We finalize selections once all stakeholders approve.

Step 4: Licensing & Exclusivity (Optional)

All artwork includes a commercial hospitality license.

Optional exclusivity may be added for:

  • Single-property protection

  • Geographic control

  • Brand-tier use

  • Hotel-only category protection

Step 5: Production & Fulfillment

Once approved:

  • Artwork is produced in the selected format(s)

  • Standard fulfillment is arranged

  • Replacement coverage is included
